We do NOT offer any refunds on new OR used speakers. Please see the return policy for received orders. All sales FINAL!

Returns:

We offer a 20-day return policy on new speaker systems only. If within 20 days of RECEIVING your speakers you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and let us know you want to return your purchase. We will charge a 20 percent return fee.

-You must contact us within 20 days of receiving your purchase.

-Merchandise must be returned in the original new condition.

-Merchandise must be in the original packaging.

-Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
